Before flight

Air Moldova kindly reminds you not to forget to take along your air ticket, foreign passport with valid visa and other travel documents necessary for the flight.

When purchasing an air ticket do not forget to check accuracy of spelling of your last name in the ticket, date and time of your departure, routing, total ticket cost and verify exact names of the departure and arrival airports. Make sure that your visa's validity corresponds with dates indicated in your ticket.

Regulation of the mutual relations between state authorities and passengers is solely the responsibility of the passengers themselves and is not in the competence of the airline.

Airline bears no responsibility for the availability, authenticity and accuracy of documents, presented during travel and issued by state authorities.

Passenger should strictly observe all laws, resolutions and rules regarding air safety requirements; passport, visa, customs, currency, sanitation and quarantine control requirements and other administrative formalities imposed by the competent state authorities of the countries from which, into which and via territory of which passenger is being transported. Official information can only be obtained in the consular service of the country of passenger's destination.

The air company reserves the right to refuse the passenger in transportation in case of lack of necessary documents or improperly issued documents.

The air company bears no responsibility to the passenger for losses or expenses which resulted from non-observance of laws, directives, resolutions and rules of the competent state authorities.
