At the airport

For formalities clearance, passengers are requested to be at the airport with 1 hour 50 minutes prior to departure. Passenger’s late arrival is not considered to be a reason for flight delay. As a result of late arrival, the reservation is cancelled and the carrier reserves the right to use the seats at its discretion. Check-in is closed with 40 minutes before departure.

For security reasons passenger baggage and hand luggage are subject to obligatory preflight inspection. During customs examination passenger should observe the necessary requirements of State Customs Authorities and be personally present during preflight inspection of his/her checked baggage and hand luggage.

Preflight inspection of passenger’s checked baggage and hand luggage is performed only in presence of the passenger. In cases of emergency and on suspicion that passenger’s baggage contains dangerous articles and items that are forbidden for carriage, preflight inspection may be done in passenger’s absence. Personal inspection is conducted to the extent necessary for disclosure of articles and items forbidden for carriage.

In case passenger refuses to be inspected before the flight, airline has the right not to transport the passenger considering passenger’s refusal to be a voluntary denial from flight.

In this case airline bears no responsibility to the passenger except obligation to refund money for the unused ticket (in case fare rules allow money refund).
