Passenger’s behavior policy in the preflight attendance and on board of the aircraft
Passenger’s behavior policy in the preflight attendance and on board of the aircraft Flight safety, transportation safety and a high quality attendance are the strategical objectives and the constant concerns of “Air Modova” Company. Specified behavior rules are worked out basing international air companies guidelines to promote the achievement of these objectives. In case of behavior breach policies in the preflight attendance and on board of an aircraft the air company management strictly adheres to the rules following: - do not let without effect any passenger’s behavior irregularities;
- grant to ground handling and flight personnel the rights and the authority to prevent the passenger behavior policy breach;
- to assist the law enforcement authorities in making the violator answerable and use the appropriate sanctions;
The passengers have the right to: - demand the disposal of all provided services by the air transportation contract terms, specified on the air ticket form;
The passengers are liable to: - unconditionally execute cabin crew demands;
- strictly comply with the aviation security measures, discipline and order;
The passengers are nor allowed: - to generate situations menacing the flight safety, passengers and crew safety, to suppose them to any verbal or physical insult;
- to make use of any alcoholic beverage, except ones served on board; to make use of the survival equipment without the appropriate crew indication;
- to make use of any electrical appliance or communication facility during the aircraft taxiing, take-off or landing;
- to destroy any air company belongs and take-away them from the aircraft or territory;
- to smoke on board of the aircraft;
In case of national and international airspace right requirements above listed irregularities, either “Air Moldova” Passenger behavior policy in the preflight attendance and on board of the aircraft, these provide the possibility to use the sanctions following: - to discontinue to serve any alcoholic drinks to the passengers being under the influence of alcohol, to remove during the flight any alcoholic drinks belonging to them;
- to use enforcement measures to persons refusing the execution of the aircraft commander requirements;
- to remove the passenger-violator from the board in the next landing point, and in case of an emergency landing, the passenger has to recovery the additional charges suffered by the company resulting his behavior;
- to pass such passenger to law enforcement authorities regardless the landing country;
- passenger’s recovery of the material prejudice caused to the air company as a result of its property spoiling;
- to private the passenger for a further right to use the air career services and the contract dissolution about the air transportation without the value compensation.
"Air Moldova Company" is reserving the right to deny the transportation to any passenger who doesn’t satisfy, or which documents don’t satisfy the operating laws, regulations, orders, requirements or conditions. We remind that the laws of the country where the aircraft is on ground are applied for the A/C on ground. In flight to the A/C are applied the laws of the registration country.
