To the attention of passengers

This is to inform you that CA “Air Moldova” SRL air company continues to undergo the restructuring procedure.

In order to optimize the current workflow and to provide maximum support to the passengers, air company announces:

• Air Moldova’s sales office, situated in Chisinau, bd. Negruzzi 10, will be temporarily closed. All sales and ticketing staff will provide continuous online support to all passengers, applying to helpdesk@airmoldova.md
• All flight operations are ceased until June, 30, inclusively. All passengers will receive e-mail notifications with rebooking and refund options.
• Air Moldova’s call-center will function daily from 08:00 until 20:00.

Dear Passengers, the air company continues to handle all incoming requests for refunds of tickets purchased for cancelled flights. Passengers who bought tickets online on www.airmoldova.md, upon request, will get refund to the same credit card the ticket was paid with.

The passengers who purchased tickets from Air Moldova’s accredited agencies, will receive refunds as soon as the commercial and operational activities of the air company are resumed.
