Launch of Direct Flight Chisinau-Kiev

“Air Moldova” сompany announces launch of new flight between Chisinau and Kiev.

The ceremony dedicated to this event took place on August 1, 2018 at Boryspil International Airport.

The participants of the opening ceremony were the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in Ukraine, Vice-Director of Air Moldova and representatives of Boryspil International Airport.

His Excellency, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in Ukraine, Mr. Ruslan Bolbocean, positively commented on the decision of the company to start the flights between Chisinau and Kiev. “At the beginning of the current year, new intergovernmental agreement regarding air transportation was signed, and Air Moldova’s decision to re-launch the flight to Kiev will contribute to strengthening mutual relations between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.”

Vice-Director of Air Moldova Company, Mr. Victor Sula congratulated the passengers of the first flight. “We at Air Moldova are always looking for the best solutions to better suit the needs of our passengers. The number of our passengers is constantly growing and we are aiming at ensuring to our passengers pleasant and convenient flights. Besides the comfort of direct connection, this flight provides passengers travelling from Ukraine new flight options via International Airport of Chisinau which is used to be Air Moldova’s hub for most popular European and Russian destinations.”

Chisinau – Kiev – Chisinau flight will be operated daily according to the following schedule, all times are local:

  • Departure from Chisinau – 13:30
  • Arrival to Kiev – 14:20
  • Departure from Kiev – 17:10
  • Arrival to Chisinau – 18:00

The one way ticket price will start from 67 euro, all airport taxes are included.
