New rules for entering Germany

January 14 / 2021

Dear passengers,

We would like to inform you about the new rules for entering Germany, which will come into force on January 14, 2021 and will last until March 31, 2021 inclusive.

All passengers entering from countries in the red zone (including the Republic of Moldova) are required to pass the SARS-COV-2 test no earlier than 48 hours before arriving in Germany.

The passenger must present a negative test result at check-in for the flight, as well as at the request of the federal police or competent authorities when passing the border control in Germany.

Passengers entering Germany from red zone countries must self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival.

They also must complete online PLF form before departure at www.einreiseanmeldung.de. After completing the PLF online form, the passenger receives a confirmation email. The presence of the completed form, as well as the correctness of its completion, are checked during check-in at the airport. Passengers must carry proof of completion of the PLF with them throughout the journey.

Passengers who do not complete the online PLF form will not be allowed on the flight.
