Strategic partnership with Radixx!

March 01 / 2021

Dear passengers,

Air Moldova announces a multi-year technology agreement with Radixx, a Saber subsidiary. Under this agreement, the air carrier will use Radixx solutions to promote, distribute and sell services.

Using this advanced flexible technology, Air Moldova will be able to improve service quality and maximize profits.

Air Moldova will also implement the RadixxezyCommerce retail solution to provide high quality services on any device and differentiate its brand and offerings. RadixxezyCommerce's powerful APIs will allow airlines to integrate third-party content to further customize their offerings to suit travelers' needs.

As part of its business recovery plan after the COVID-19 pandemic, AirMoldova is also leveraging RadixxGo's flight departure product portfolio to improve the safety and efficiency of airport operations. RadixxGo technology for agent mobile devices and self-service at airports will optimize passenger ground handling processes, reduce queues and make travel even more seamless and enjoyable.

“All our activities are built around customers and we strive to provide them with the highest quality products and services,” said Alexandru Ceban, General Director of Air Moldova. “We chose Radixx because of its advanced retail capabilities across all customer touchpoints. Its robust APIs allow us to customize our user interface and integrate third-party solutions, including our own mission-critical applications, which are now even more efficient with rich data access. We expect to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs through a high level of sales and operational automation.”

The migration of Air Moldova to Radixx solutions is expected to significantly reduce the airline's annual operating costs for technology. Air Moldova and Radixx / Saber also plan to develop new functionality for common purposes.

“We are delighted to be the technology partner of Air Moldova,” said Owen Murphy, Vice President of Sales for Radixx Europe. ” We are confident that our innovative retail capabilities, coupled with technologies that enable safe contactless travel, will be key to the airline's recovery and future growth following the COVID-19 pandemic. We are focused on long-term and fruitful cooperation with Air Moldova”.
