Lost baggage

Passengers who do not get their baggage when arriving in the airport shall address the agents who manage the search process and find out the causes of the lost baggage (at the offices "Lost and Found", "Lost Baggage", etc.) providing all the necessary documents – the travel document, boarding pass, baggage ticket and other documents necessary for the agent to search for the lost baggage. Later, after all the necessary data are introduced in the worldwide computerized baggage tracing system (WorldTracer) the passenger is issued a document called PIR (Property Irregularity Report).
